yes

on the ramos to get at the firmware you #

turn player off
hold down the"M" button
keep holding M button whilst plugging into pc
wait for PC to recognize player (if all is well)

if it worked you will see 2 drives, one is a hidden partitiion in which all the firmware files are stored DO NOT DELETE THEM
there are several folder, one file in resources called BMP0 holds all the images and with the rkuiedit tool we can see and replace them all to ake custom themes

also we have already been modding the ramos and more over on mp4nation.net forums, lots of work done over there, i am maderin1 on that forum should you visit

i have not opened ramos as it has no screews on the case, so its held by internal clips, but your has screws so may be easier, but be carefiul not to pull any cables out
