Has this problem ALWAYS happened or only recently? Did you try to update your player with another firmware?
If it has always happened, I would recommend you try to get a replacement or refund for it as it's obviously faulty and should be replaced by the seller. This will save you a lot of time and effort in trying to relive it.
Can it play anything at all? What about radio and photos? Does that work? What do you see on your screen?
