Update: I made a call to COBY support line (+180072735921) and they say that they DO NOT make this model with 4GB capacity!... so this is a FAKE item... wich is a FRAUD! You don't know anything about law, counterfeit products etc.But I'll explain to you:You sold me a COUNTERFEIT, FAKE, and HACKED device. It doesn't matter if you said that it was a COBY or not! This is the same product that you listed! the same photo.I've all the evidences that I need to show. Chip numbers, serials, COBY contact, a spe******t in electronics to judge this situation... I won't send this item back because:1 - This is a counterfeit item.
