I escalated this dispute to a Claim:

Very well I tried to solve this situation the good way.

Everybody knows that a lot of asiatic sellers scam ppl on ebay. Ones for conterfeit products, others by hacked items... etc.

In my case I wanted the refund first because after this seller does not inspire me any confidence. I saw a lot of negative feedback on its account.

So, this seller sold me a mp4 player. It corrupts my data, has bad programed firmware etc. But the big thing is that this product is counterfeit.

this is "supposed" to be a coby player. A MP805. I contacted Coby by phone and email and they said that they do NOT make this players with 4Gb. So this is a fake, copy, counterfeit product (whatever you want to name it). You can even see it here: http://www.cobyusa.com/?p=prod&prod_...1001#specs-tab

In my country people can have problems exporting this kind of products, that's why I asked the seller to refund me first (because the confidence that I lost in him). I wanted to return it (even considering that I could take some problems with the police)

The seller did not reply anymore and gave me a stupid feedback for this situation. So my conversation with him is over!

Plus, I'll contact the local police, The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) wich is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) about this situation.
