Thanks for the comments, i have found out quite alot about the new chips and players now, but mai ly been reporting and posting on mp4nation.net forums.
Now these new rockchip 27 series players are turning up in unbranded form i will be posting here a bit more as i see mp4nation as a branded support site and this a place for unbranded, so i hope you dont think me a traitor
its great that we can now access the firmware on the player with little file called "rkusb.tag", but i am unsure if AL unbranded ones wil work the same, i have ordered myself a VX747 rockchip clone from tinydeal to see what these unbranded players accept and wont accept
BTW, on mp4nation i am maderin1, pop over and say hello, or are you a member already
cheers and hopefuly we wil not have as many problems with firmwares on these newer players than the old rockchip 26 series - wishful thinking
