Thanks for your help David with the video, that seems to have sorted it. Now the only thing left to do is to work out why it can't my player with the MP3 Utilities Disk Tool/Firmware Update.
I'll need to try loading it up again with mp3's and testing it.
Am I right in thinking that pictures need to be resized aswell in order to view them?
Sorry to be a pain and ask all these questions, but the manual that came with it gives no information at all.
To run videos in your player:

First try running a FLV video taken from Youtube. There are lots of ways to get videos from youtube in Google

Download vidrop here and convert any video you have to
video: 320x240 xvid
audio: mp2 128 kbps

it should run in your player
