By your player's firmware version (9.0.50) and chip (AK1025), it tells me you have an ACTIONS Chipset player.
You will need the AMV Convert Tool, which is part of the MP3 Player Utilities.
This can be downloaded from our site by clicking on the [
Downloads] section on the left hand side menu bar.
In the [Tools] category, there is a sub-category called "
MP3 Player Utilities", click on that.
