Default "Strangely" dead player

So, my MP4 is kind of dead... I was listening to the radio, and it just stoped working. It's a BAK JAPAN BK-MP4SDSP. Here is the photo:

Click the image to open in full size.

It now only shows the busy screen, nothing else works. According to this, http://wiki.s1mp3.org/USB_modes, i have lost both the 1st and 2nd bootloaders, hence, I need a FULL firmware. The problem is: I don't have a backup firmware, and worse, when i connect it to my windows xp, it is recognized as a S1MP3 ADFU Driver. It install the drivers from my mp3 player utilities, that came with the MP4. But, accroding to this: http://www.mympxplayer.org/solved-pc...er-vt9899.html, it's gotta be recognized as a "USB 2.0 (HS) ADFU Device". I tried the rename thing, but i didn't understand it.

So, my mp4 is not recognizeable, and I have no frimware. Can someone help me? ps: I can't open it, so i can't have the board id.

Thank you!
