i am surprised they are allowed to sell such a clone in the open high street, on the web yes, but usually when a country with stricter laws buys in these players they usually change the wheel to a cross, or something like that, you know, to make it lok different than an ipod
and yes, you are right, trying to get something out of this may be more hassle and money than its worth, its just that good ole feeling of justice that would be nice
