hi everybody i really need your help with my anyka player! when i connect it to the computer, it says "The device has malfunctioned and cannot be recognized", but from the player i can look inside my memory and play whatever i want. What should I do? i don't want to format it, cos I discovered it also deletes the firmware so if the pc doesn't recognize it, it's bricked!
