You're not the only member who has had problems converting a rm file to .AMV. It seems the software has problems converting them properly.
The two recommendations I can make are:
1. Try installing the
Bytessence MPxConverter 1.1 (Windows) from our website and use that to convert your rm file to see if that works.
2. If Option #1 doesn't work above, then try converting your .RM file to a .AVI file instead and then convert it to .amv. This method should work fine but may produce a lost of quality as it's a two way conversion.
