Thanks for answering. I don't know what more I can tell you. I've given you the name - it is a Pocket Techie Mp3/4 player. It requires files to be in .asf format, at 220 x 176 resolution, and according to the supplier at Pocket Techie, it won't accept anything else. What else do you need?
