Well Hit , I tried both these firmware from players that look the same:-

100% works fine, it's the TV-out version.
and this one which appears to be the improved firmware like yours Hit and I just get a white screen:-

So hardware does play a big part once again, but I do hope to find an improved firmware that will work.
