Okay lets see where this gets us.

I have a "8gb" Blue Nana Clone and it has locked up at start up,,,blue screen with hour glass. So the million dollar question is what can I do to reset or reformat this unit.

All I have found is as follows:
Plate number: OS91B13 V0.5
2008-04-08
Chip: AK1025
Display: XY-1.8N-V2 KM080715

Also has a standard Ipod connecter and not just a "usb/camera" plug
