Sadly I am unable to return the device since I bought it from Ebay, but to an individual and not to a storefront, and I believe the seller is not responsible for this, since the player was working before the upgrade. Hope this info helps identify the correct firmware. In other posts, I realized that my Player is not a clone, but a clone of a clone. Its a clone of the VX858LE with camera, and this VX858LE is a clone of the i-touch (lol).
