when you turn the plyer on now do you get the stat up animation then the screen go black??, if so then we can blindly navigate to the settings screen and adjust the bright setting

I didnt get any stat up animation. It cant be switch on. When i connect it to PC, the drive appear but i cant access it. I click it and PC ask me to format it..
