Default "Teclast c260" clone problems

Hey Everyone.

I received two of these "teclast c260" clones (not the good kind) yesterday from dealextreme. The ones shown in the picture looked like the actual teclast c260 but they arent. Anyways one of the players works fine but the other player seemed like it had alot of problems. I determined it was firmware issue. Well i looked into the cd (both of them) and nope they did not have the firmware for this. Ive tried a couple firmwares that loaded but would match it and unfortunately it did not work. Well i found the one that is supposedly the one that it was shipped with. The firmware that was loaded with it says on the welcome screen "Mini MP4 player" and on closing it says "GOODBYE" well i loaded the firmware and it starts up but the buttons dont work and the screen comes out backwards? Any Suggestions would greatly be appreciated rather then me sending it back because im using it for a school project.

Rockchip Rk2608A is the chip
1gb memory
ConsumerUpdater ver 3.1.2.0

Also ive tried contacting DealExtreme but they arent really helping me.
please see these pictures for the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Carlow
