Default Firmware SOS

Hello Everyone,

A difficult one... I own a RAMOS RM970 OEM Clone (screws on the sides) with a Rockchip RK2712 inside and the version 1.2 of some unidentified Firmware. Other characteristics are: 8Gb and 3'' screen. Image attached, but please remember that mine is the Clone (with screws):

Of course when I purchased it the seller did not specify neither brand nor whether it was original or not. First item lasted one day before crashing, he exchanged it for a replacement one (no refund and no firmware he said), but this one has also crashed after some weeks.

I know how to replace the Firmware, only problem is that I do not have a copy, neither a backup and the seller refused from step one to provide it or to identify the factory... Problem: the following did work (but not well), since half of the buttons are not operative under these firmwares:

-Mobiblu T30
-Eon Cineo 2.19
-Darkstyle 83
-RAMOS RM970, etc, etc...

Somebody has a clue of what kind of Firmware does this little monster use? Thanks for your kind help,
Regards,
