The budget would be a low as possible and still have scrolling through the song list while playing a song.....
I don't even have a problem with the inexpensive 'Chi-pods' if they would do what I want...that's what she's been using for 2 years, and other than the fact that it wouldn't scroll while playing, it's been great.
Any suggestions you have would be appreciated, starting with cheaper and getting more expensive.
