Thankyou for the reply.
I have downloaded the Firmware you suggested and flashed it into the player, but i still get a white screen.
Have i done something wrong? i used MP3 player utilities 4.15 to flash the player.
i have a pic of the front/back of the unit in case it helps, how do i put a pic in the post?
