Default Read this if you have tried everything else.

[color=#]Hello, like most of you, I myself had a problem with a dead player. Look at my signature. Thats the one.

Problem:-
Computer would not recognise it as a flash drive. It was charging and computer recognised it as a malfunctioned usb drive.

Solution:-
Most of you just like me got the player and connected it to the front of your CPU. If you use a desktop, the CPU is like a box. If you attachted the mp4 player to the usb ports in the "Front" of your CPU thats the side that is facing you, then the chances are, your mp4 player only get charged.

Connect your mp4 player to the usb ports at the back of your cpu! The ports at the front arnt compatible with most of the mp4 players. Connect your mp4 to the usb ports back of your computer. If you player hasnt been recognised, try it a few more times. Replug after a 30 seconds gap. I got my dead player to work this way.

This may work for you. If it doesnt work for you. im sorry.
Good Luck
