Hi rush4you,

I think it's a problem with the memory or you may have some bad sectors on the memory of your player. However, a few formats should make it better but you said it's still having a problem.

Some things to try:
1. Try using a DIFFERENT USB cable.
2. If that doesn't still work, try it on another computer.
3. Are you connecting the USB cable from your player straight into your computer or into a USB hub or USB port on your monitor? Make sure it goes directly into your computer instead.
