Hi guys,

Pls help me. I'd like to upgrade my player's firmware.
Here's the firmware version info:

PMA 300_010
2006/05/25
3.5.37
2006/07/20

I hate so many things about it right now.

1. It says "Low Power" and just dies when I unplug it from my laptop. It can't survive on its own.

2. When I'm playing Music, I can't navigate to the Menu without ending the music that I'm listening to. So I have to start all over again when I'm done going thru whatever it was I wanted to check in the menu.

3. The lights go out after like 3 sec. I can't find the settings to make the LCD lights stay on longer! Is there even an option to do this??

4. It's so difficult to use the buttons. I don't even know if pressing the MENU key is just for "back" and "enter" or also for Power On. The play button can also act as power on I think. I'm a bit confused with this.

5. It won't register as a new "drive" when I plug it in my laptop. The reason why I want to see the contents is because I want to copy my songs and other files so I can upgrade the firmware. All files will be deleted when I upgrade right?

Hope you can send the firmware. I'm hoping upgrading will solve some of my problems with this player. Arrrgh!
