Keep the bunch of files safe, that is your firmware, if you get problems you can copy them back to restore your player.
The firmware you have may be the only one that will work with your player, .wma audio should play if it is not infected with DRM.
Youtube .flv's should play too, but not every time, these players can be a bit picky.
