Default EASYTECH MP4 player won't play videos

GOT MY SON AN MP4 EASYTECH 8GB PLAYER-MODELLED ON A TOUCH.

PROBLEM IS HE DELETED THE VIDEO CONTENT AND NOW IT WONT PLAY ANY VIDEOS EVEN IN AMV FORMAT!!

WILL PLAY MP3S FINE AND OTHER FUNCTIONS WORK. HOW CAN I SOMEHOW REINSTALL WHAT IS NEEDED-ALSO THE DRIVER DISK WASNT RECOGNISED ON VISTA AND HAS BEEN SLUNG. PLEASE HELP-THERE MUST BE SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DOWNLOADED TO MAKE THIS PLAY VIDEOS?

Games stay stuck on pause and i get an egg timer when trying to open photos!!!

can you help?when i click "about" it gives me this info - ver 00.00.0003 date 2008-09-09.
