I just bought an mp4 player that looks like the one on this link

I was able to download file with some i got error messeages but now i cant even connect to pc... it does recognize it in my removable f drive... it says file is corrupted or unreadable... i have tried different usb cords resetting it but honestly i know nothing about these things... i ebay seller has not been very helpful fancy_gallery
Please help
