Default Need Help to Re-Calibate RockChip Player

Hello All, I have just purchased a Rockchip MP4 Player, I got it home and noticed right away that the calibration was a little bit off (when it did actually work) So i went into system settings to recalibrate it let me go though and touch the little cross hair right in the middle then it went back to the main menu and now that's where it stays. It will not recognize any icon that i touch, when it sits idle for awhile the light will dim but when i touch it again the back light lights back up so i don't think that the screen is broken. I have pressed the reset button several times and it just seems to either restart the player or just turn it off. I am not sure of the exact model number or anything for the player but i do have this picture that was on the site when i bought it.
Click the image to open in full size.
Also it is the 4gb version if that helps.
I'm not sure if maybe i might of accidentally touched a different area while i was recalibrating or what could have happened all i know is that as of now i have a high tech paper weight. I did a little reading around on this site and seen that some people think that maybe a firmware upgrade could help. if that's the case does anyone know where i might be able to find firmware for this rockchip player?

I have found some information about my player:
Device Name: ++[G:][H:]+USB Mass Storage Device(ROCKCHIP USB MP3 USB Device)(ROCKCHIP USB SD...

PnP Device ID: VID = 071B PID = 3203
Serial Number: USBV1.00
Revision: 1.00/1.00

Device Type: Standard USB device - USB2.0 High-Speed

Chip Vendor: RockChip(???)
Chip Part-Number: RK260X

Product Vendor: ROCKCHIP
Product Model: MP3 Player

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Eric
