I tried usb hub that dosnt run in 2.0 because i thought it could be a velocity issue, and tried another usb ports in my pc but still only charges..last option is to confirm with another cable in my pc or in another pc with my cable lol So i can identify the problem

EDIT: Problem solved! the cable was the problem, a new cable solved all!! thanks for the help..
