Have you tried all the firmware?

If you get U disk functionality then ACTOS booted up and is running fine. You are probably only missing the display driver (and maybe keyboard driver).

Try putting files on it and playing them (on power-up first menu choice should be Music, so try menu -> wait few seconds -> play)
