ive had this mp3 player for about 5 months ago, and it broke up doesn't even turn on. even tried the recovery mode" the soft one and the hard one, the soft one was to hold the play button for 10 sec. as inserted in the usb port.
then, the hard one was to short the pin on the memory still nothing happened it wasnt detected by the pc. .
