Default new tool to help keeping the music on your player up to date

This tool is designed to help users synchronize the content of their media library on the PC with the content of the player. In case of low entry chinese players with very limited file system, it can also validate the content of your collection against such constraints before copying so that you avoid breaking your file system all the time.
