Good news! Ebay removed the unpaid strike against me, so I came out of this mess with a free 2GB chipod.
If anyone wants a free chipod, bid on this clowns auctions. When you recieve the item file a dispute with paypal and get a full refund. If he gets enough disputs paypal will freeze his account.
On a side note I just picked up a 2 GB sansa c250 on buy dot com for $11 shipped. Much nicer player then those chipods and at a better price.
