¿Nobody?
I'm sh*tting bricks with this... just finished to solder another NAND-flash & SDRAM chips
known to be good, and put it on the bad one (chips interchange lol), and STILL the same symptoms, it's plain dead and NAND Tools can't recognize the chip.
This is the board, and the new 2Gb flash-chip (taken from a working nano 3rd-gen clone)
I've gone as far as checking PCB tracks with a multimeter and big amounts of patience (datasheet & generic RK2606 schematics on hand), and still nothing.
¿Can it be that the RK2606A chip is simply broken? :?
