at the end of the day the product does not work
you were duped thinking it wass an ipod

get in touch with the seller and organise a return

get them to refund the full amout including delivery charges you originally paid and a cedit for costs of sending back

they will try and fob you off, but do not stand for it, threaten them with a paypal complaint that they are selling fake goods

no, while clones are acceptable and inevitable, going the step further of adding the apple logo is a no no, i am not an apple fan at all and care not a jot about them but i hate fakes and i hate it when people like you get conned

personally i would report them anyway, but that is up to you
