I have exactly the same mp4 player but the only difference is that mine has a built-in memory of 8Gb. all of a sudden,as I was looking for a song ...it died!!!
I tried almost everything ...I followed the instructions of the "dead players recovery", I found a new firmware (unfortunately I don't have any backup files and the cd that came with my mp4 player didn't have the firmware) I installed the firmware and... it worked!!!!
but... (there is always a "but")...but the firmware was for a player with a touchscreen and mine doesn't have one!so...the player is working now but I can't do anything with it because it doesn't respond when I push its buttons!
Does anyone know which is the best firmware for my player?what should I do????
