Ok, Ive got the hourglass screen of death. My computer won't recogonize the MP3 is plugged in & I don't have a clue as to why? I have a couple of the same models that work fine..but for some reason XP fails to recogonize the hourglass ones.

I might be able to clone a good one to 1 of the hourglass ones, but without my PC recogonizing it I'm doubtful..

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated..
