Does anyone else have this player? or can help me with this? There are no screws on the sides of the player. I have tried resetting it many times. When I plug it into my computer (Vista) it tells me that I need drivers. That notice just randomly started one day and has never stopped. I have tried to use the driver cd that came with it but nothing happens. Is there anything I can do?
