I just signed the Petition too!
I bid and won 25 8GB 3rd Gen. ALL of them had fake 8GB.
i wanted to use the Utility Tool but it would not detect the drive, so I transferred over 500 songs to each player (very time consuming; 500 songs took 30+ minutes! :cry: When I turned On the players, only 100-200 songs displayed :x i learned my lesson. i should have just bought 1.
