I am stuck with a dead player shown below, the player does not boot beyond the Hourglass logo, I tried the Recovery guide here and installed the ADFU drivers, now windows detects the device and shows the safely remove hardware button but it is not displaying anything in windows explorer, also MP3 Utilities is not detecting the player without drive letter, Pls. guide what to do next.
