Hi ozooner,

I would suggest try FORMATTING your player firstly through Windows to see if that helps.

If that still produces the error, then do a check disk on your player's drive and see if that repairs any errors. It seems more a problem with the memory chip and perhaps some corruptions in it.

Try those and let us know of the result.
