i have touchscreen mp4 player(8 gb) ... i bought it from internet and after 2 weeks when i tried to turn it on the screen remained black ... the pc did'nt find it but i put in the usb cable and pressed the menu buton for 15 sec then the pc recognised it like a memory stick and i can't use to listen music ... please if anyone know how to solve the problem ... i think i have to instal a firmware and i found one for this kind of player but i actualy don't know how to instal it
