bought an mp5 player off ebay (common mistake i no that now) had a dead player but managed to get it replaced and it worked fine for about a month until i had a problem with some antivirus on my compueter wich resulted in the compueter freezing after about 30 minutes of trying diffetrent things i manually took out the plug and restarted the compueter and my problems with my com and antivirus was solved and thats when my mp5 player started to act up. Now whenever i try to connect it to my com it slows down my com and doesn't allow me to alter any file on the player and give my the message that the parameter is incorrect, yet i can still use the player normally . I came on the web and have looked at a few topics and tried to treat the problem as if it were a dead player but have not been able to open it as i can only see 2 screws and when i have taken them out i can't take off the back in order to find out what the firmware is. all i know for sure is that iit is a rockchip product.
Any suggestions on what i can do to fix this problem would be very much appreciated
