Skylark-A and Skylark-II are related to the NX585x series and they're all manufactured by NEXIADEVICE (
http://www.nxdevice.com/). Looking at the datasheets, they all use a common
8051 MCU core, and so do ALi's M566x SoCs.
It seems they might have a great commonality if even the firmware info is in the same format...
