Ok,
there are two ICs.
the bigger one:

SAMSUNG 649
K9LAGO8UOM

and on the other:

ATJ2093H
F8199FA 59E

Another Question. Can i use a Accu with more than 280 mAh ?? If yes, where can i buy someone.
