Please help with my ol player. It was shown a lock when turned on, no action/navigation could be performed, so I thought the firmware was corrupt so I updated using firmware from this forum.

The screen is now BLANK but navigation(blind) is correct. It can now play music.
My player looks exactly like this (Except the brand name):

BTW, someone said that We must use correct consumerUpdate, which one I should use? There are many version out there... (No, I don't have the CD)
