http://www.megaupload.com/?d=40CGVXKB ) its the rockchip product tools (consumer update v3.1.2.1), you can get your player in update mode by pressing the "M" button while the player is turned off and keep pressing "M" while you connect it to your pc. if your player was already updated and you get a blank screen or an inverted one, pressing "M" probably wont work, you will have to open up your player and apply the recovery method, (a link explaining its in the readme file in the download link) or you can search for in in this site.
