I have a 2gb mp4 player which worked for 2 days and packed up. First it would say loading then blank out after a while would say file is missing. Tried to use the software provided to reload firmware. At 90% it said error in data restoration then from it wont even switch on. My computer wont even see it. Can anyone out there help?
