Great to see a website out there to help tackle the problems that seem to arise with buying MP3/MP4 Players from Hong Kong/China etc. OK, i've not been able to find any details on these players. I've formatted it numerous times and it does seem to say there is still 32GB. HOWEVER, there seems to be other problems with it, mainly, the firmware is ridiculously shakey. No video that i've put on has played yet. only the video that came with it, and when i took that off and put it on myself it didn't play.
I'm wondering if that is something to do with sync'ing because when I first owned it, I dragged and dropped my music files onto it, and it didn't play but then I used WMP to sync it and it was fine. Sadly, I can't find any details on the internet about it. I was hoping that maybe you could help me find some firmware. The chip says: SAMSUNG 907, K9LBG08U0M ,PCB0, YCA870CBC
