You are saying you formatted it and it fully works ? i formatted it as well few times but there is no way to make use of more than 4 GB . Mine was $24 but its probably the same . anyway its not possible to get a real 32gb memory storage device for that price and thats an mp4 even , so manufacturers probably use this fake memory advertising to sell it ,otherwise wouldnt attract so much attention and I am sure none of us would buy it
