The "USB Charge" option doesn't seem to work.
The best way to get the device to charge is by:
1.Turn off both "Power Saving" settings
2 .Power switch off
3. Plug in the USB cable
4. Select the "Power & Play" option at the start up screen
5. Leave it on to charge
The display will go off and because you aren't playing anything the battery will charge.
